Questions offer you the possibility to enter into a written exchange with your viewers.
In the “Settings” tab, you can choose whether you want to allow attendees to ask questions during the event, whether they can ask questions before the event, whether these questions should be visible to the participants themselves, and whether questions should be released automatically.
Furthermore, you can decide whether questions may be asked anonymously and if not, whether a name entry is optional or mandatory.
Under the “Questions” tab, you can then drag and drop incoming questions to “live” or move them to the right column to mark them as answered.
If you have selected the option “Automatically share questions” in the “Settings” tab, they will be displayed directly in the middle column.
ATTENTION
At the bottom you will see a text field where you can ask questions either as an anonymous participant or as an editor.
